Explanation
Errorcode 4 is an errorcode 1, 2, 4 are errorcodes for credit card payments which have been declined by the issuer (bank that issued the credit card to the customer).
The customer / card holder may contact the issuing bank for details of declining the transaction.
The customer has to choose another type of payment or another credit card.
