This option is only available to you if you have booked Telesales/ Mail-/Phone order.
Mail order means the order by post, since when ordering by e-mail it must be taken into account how it is secured based on the data it contains.
Here you have the opportunity to enter the customer data for the respective order.
Furthermore, you can choose between the sub-accounts you have created and enter the respective payment information according to the selected payment method.
After sending the entry, you can switch to the "Item" tab to enter the exact name or the number of articles.
The gross unit price must then be entered, as well as the number of items ordered, the item number, the item description and the sales tax rate. You can then add another item or proceed to the booking process via the continue → enter button.
If you enter several items, they will be listed here with the entered data.
Under Payment you will get an overview of the entered data, including the ordered items, as well as the order amount.
