WHERE CAN I FIND MY STATEMENTS?

Your can find your statements in your PAYONE Merchant Interface under the path„Accounting -> Billing“ as PDF-file or Excel-file for download.

WHAT IS MEANT BY "SECURITY DEPOSIT"?

With the payment methods „credit card“ and „SEPA direct debit“, the end customer may charge back. In order to protect our escrow account from the risk of payment default, we keep 5%* of your transaction volume of the two above-mentioned payment methods as a security deposit for 180 days* each and then pay this out to you again.

You can get a current overview of the retention including the payment date in our PAYONE Merchant Interface under the path „Accounting -> Deposits“.

* The values can vary individually. 5% for 180 days is just the standard value here.

WHY DOES THE DISAGIO AMOUNT DIFFER FROM MY CONTRACT?

With the invoice items, it makes sense that you compare your own service agreement and your current list of prices and services with your invoice. If there are differences to your contract with the discount for credit card, this could be due to the following points in our list of prices and services:

  1. Minimum discout amount per transaction 0.05 EUR
  2. Rounding differences due to other currencies in EURO
  3. Discount surcharge for commercial card share over 15% (company credit cards)
  4. Discount surcharge for transactions outside the EEA

WHAT ARE THE INVOICE AMOUNTS RESPECTIVELY THE TRANSFERS?

The last FG settlement (payments) of a month is offset against the associated PG invoice (fees), so that the amounts of the invoices differ from the amount actually paid out later. At the end of the statements, the PDF shows which invoice was used for this statement.

WHY IS THE INVOICE AMOUNT DIFFERENT IN THE PAYONE MERCHANT INTERFACE THAN IN THE INVOICE IN PDF FORMAT? WHAT AMOUNT WILL I BE CHARGED?

In our PAYONE Merchant Interface, only the net amount is shown under „Accounting -> Billing“. Please note that this amount does not correspond to the amount charged. If you call up the invoice in PDF format to the right of the net amount, you will receive the gross amount, which is ultimately also valid and will be debited from you.
